We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Care Coordinator | Care Manager to join our dedicated team in Eastbourne. This dual role is ideal for someone who thrives on balancing office-based scheduling with hands-on quality assurance in the field.

The Role

This unique 50/50 role offers the chance to:

  • Coordinate care delivery – Build and manage efficient rotas, ensuring continuity of care and client satisfaction.

  • Lead from the front – Conduct client visits, spot checks, and staff supervision to uphold Trinity’s exceptional care standards.

  • Drive growth and quality – Support business development, compliance, and staff engagement alongside senior managers.

  • Be a trusted leader – Mentor carers, handle complex situations with confidence, and represent Trinity Homecare positively to clients, families, and professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and optimise care rotas with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Supervise and support care staff through field visits, appraisals, and spot checks.

  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Work closely with the Registered Manager and Directors to meet growth and quality targets.

  • Support client onboarding, liaise with families, and assist with recruitment activities.

  • Participate in the on-call rota to ensure safe, reliable care delivery at all times.

About You

We’re looking for a confident, resilient, and empathetic professional with:

  • Experience in a supervisory, senior carer, or care coordination role.

  • Knowledge of CQC standards and good care practices.

  • Skills in rota management, organisation, and problem-solving.

  • Qualifications – NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (working towards Level 3 or above desirable).

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
