Job description

Tesh Healthcare Jersey Ltd have opportunities for a Care Co-Ordinator to join our expanding team.

We provide care to clients from 1 hour to 24 hours in their own homes and welcome carers to apply who want to join us in providing great person-centred care and support.

As a valued member of the team, we can offer flexible working hours, with great training offered as well.

Responsibilities

• administering medication, meal prep, light housekeeping and companionship
• Documentation
• Supporting Junior staff members with training
• Assessing Clients and their needs
• Providing support to Management with administrative duties

Qualifications

You will need to have a NVQ Level 5 qualification in care or be working towards this level. A valid driving licence, good level of spoken and written English and have a minimum of 2 years experience from working in a healthcare assistant position.
