What you’ll do

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the people we support are kept safe by ensuring our care delivery colleagues are deployed effectively and that all administration is undertaken in line with relevant regulations and legislation. You’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating the care delivery team, ensuring relevant documentation is in place for new people we support, discharges and transfers. You’ll conduct live call monitoring using bespoke software and be the first point of contact for day-to-day operational requirements of our care colleagues. You will also work with the management team to coordinate with families, healthcare professionals and external agencies, handle enquiries, schedule appointments and meetings, and manage all information with confidentiality.

Qualifications and experience
