Care Assistants

Locations: North and West Belfast, BT13
Salary: Excellent hourly rate + mileage reimbursement
Referral Scheme: £150 refer-a-friend bonus
Contract Types: Full-time and part-time positions available

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
  • Support with meals, hydration, and medication
  • Light household duties (laundry, cleaning, meal prep)
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with mobility and use of care equipment
  • Record and report any changes in service users’ needs
  • Support individuals in maintaining independence and making their own choices
  • Escort clients to appointments or community activities
Shift Patterns
  • Day shifts: 7:00am – 6:00pm
  • Evening shifts: 6:00pm – 10:30pm
  • Includes on-call hours on a rota basis

Essential Requirements
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car

Desirable Criteria

  • Awareness of safeguarding and how to recognise signs of abuse
  • Understanding of health and safety in home care settings
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet changing client needs
