About this role

As a Care Assistant, you'll support our residents in maintaining their independence and dignity by assisting with everyday tasks and activities tailored to their individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (e.g., washing, dressing, oral hygiene)
• Promote independence and improve quality of life
• Observe and record physical and emotional wellbeing, reporting any changes
• Assist with meals and hydration to support nutritional needs
• Encourage and support participation in activities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
• Complete all relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers (e.g., from bed to chair)
• Report any safeguarding concerns promptly and appropriately
