Job summary

Agincare Group at Whitley Court is looking for a Home Carer to support clients at home with daily routines, personal care, shopping, meals, and companionship. You’ll bring a warm, caring presence and build meaningful relationships in clients' own homes.

No prior care experience is required. We offer fully funded training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts, refer-a-friend bonuses, a company pension, and on-demand pay to support your developing career in care.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting people with daily routines, including household tasks and personal care.
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a tea.
• Providing companionship and a friendly, caring presence.
• Helping with medication as needed.

The Role of a Home Carer:

Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care

• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication
