Agincare is hiring a Senior Care Assistant for Whitley Court in the Paignton area. You will provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes, and mentor newer team members while maintaining care standards.

We offer funded training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts, a refer-a-friend scheme up to £1000, and benefits including pension and on-demand pay. 40-hour weeks with shifts 7am–10pm and alternating weekends.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable.
• Full UK driving licence (Preferred).
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am – 10pm and alternating weekends.
• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work – we currently cannot offer sponsorship.
