Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Home Carer to support clients in their own homes, helping with daily routines, personal care, cooking, and companionship.

No prior care experience is required, and you can learn on the job; a caring attitude is valued. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and weekend flexibility is helpful.

We offer funded training up to QCF level 5, refer a friend scheme, pension, and on‑demand pay, with a pay rate of £12.75 per hour.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you:

You dont need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

Youll bring:

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence (Preferred)
