Job summary

Agincare UK in Paignton is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes at Whitley Court. You will help with daily routines, personal care, shopping, meal prep, and provide companionship, making a real difference in people’s lives.

No prior care experience required; a warm, compassionate attitude is enough. A full UK driving licence is preferred, weekend availability is helpful, and we offer funded training, a pension, and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset.
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
