Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Home Care Assistant in Witney to support clients with daily routines, personal care, meals, and companionship in their own homes. The role emphasises compassionate care and building meaningful client relationships.

Full UK driving licence and access to a car are required. The company offers funded training, flexible contracts, mileage payment, pension, and on-demand pay. Sponsorship is not available.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you:

Above all, we’re looking for someone kind, compassionate , and genuinely passionate about helping others . You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.
