You will work in a close-knit team to ensure residents live fulfilled lives, whilst building meaningful relationships and maintaining their dignity. Care Practitioner (Nights)

Hourly rate: £12.72 per hour from April (plus £2 p/h extra for overtime)

Location: Briardene care home, NE5 1NA

Contract: Permanent nights
