As a Care Assistant, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents, assist with personal hygiene, recognize and understand clinical risk areas, and act courteously towards residents and visitors while respecting dignity and individuality. You will practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
