Barty House Nursing Home is set in an impressive Georgian building in Bearsted, Kent, combining historic charm with modern facilities. The home provides high‑quality nursing care for up to 59 residents in bright, ensuite rooms, many with garden access and countryside views, all delivered with empathy, compassion and dignity.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Checking on residents throughout the day and night to ensure their wellbeing and comfort.
  • Providing personal care with kindness and respect, supporting residents with daily activities while encouraging their independence.
  • Helping residents maintain their dignity and self‑esteem through patient, compassionate care.
  • Contributing to care plans by working alongside residents and their families or representatives.
  • Supporting residents to take part in wellbeing and social activities both inside and outside the home.
  • Building positive, trusting relationships with residents, families, and your team.
What You'll Bring

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A respectful, courteous, patient, and compassionate manner at all times.
