Community Care Assistant

Right at Home Aylesbury Vale and Chiltern

Location: Aylesbury, Thame, Wendover, Princes Risborough and surrounding villages

Hourly Rate: £13.50 to £14.00

Hours per week: part time to full time

We are looking for Care Assistants who are flexible and reliable to help us provide the highest level of outstanding care for our clients during this testing time.

Duties will include:

• Personal care
• Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
• Shopping
• Assist with medication
• Housekeeping and meal preparation
• Companionship

What we require from you:

• Be available for early mornings or evenings and alternate weekends
• Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
• Have a genuine passion to want to help others
• Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude

As a Care Assistant, you will be the face of Right at Home, so you will need to be personable, well presented and completely trustworthy.

We cover a range of areas across Aylesbury, Wendover, Princes Risborough, Haddenham, Thame, Aston Clinton, Weston Turville, Stoke Mandeville so you will need a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and access to your own car. This position is also subject to a DBS check, which can be applied for during the recruitment process.

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail sales assistant, customer service, hairdressers/beauticians, receptionist, administrator, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers.
