A local care organization in Llanelli is looking for dedicated Care Assistants to support individuals with various complex needs, including learning disabilities and mental health challenges. The role offers full-time and part-time positions with a pay rate of £12.60 - £12.90 per hour and includes comprehensive training and support for personal growth. Full time and part time positions available. The shift times at the following service start at 08.30am and end at 08.30pm or 08.30pm – 08.30am; you will need to ensure that the transport you are using operates for these shift times.
£12.60 - £12.90 per hour
This service does not provide support for visa sponsorship
You will have six months from starting the position to register for your SCW pin

You’ll care for people with lots of different complex needs, such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health. Experience in working with Learning disabilities is essential for this role.
We take time to get to know people irrespective of ability or disability, we aim to empower individuals to be as involved as they can be in control of their life.
There is of course practical support too and helping people to reach their goals in smaller ways. You’ll provide personal care, maintain health needs, hygiene as well as keep things tidy and safe.
