As a Care Assistant, your focus will be on delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Your responsibilities include assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognising and understanding clinical risk areas, acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practising safe systems of work.
