Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join their team at Thames View, a 78-bed residential and nursing home in Thames Ditton, Surrey. The home has a 'Good' CQC rating and is highly rated on Carehome.co.uk, providing a supportive and nurturing environment for its residents.

Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to the residents at Thames View. This will involve assisting with their daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and social engagement. You will work closely with the nursing and care team to ensure that each resident's needs are met, and their well-being is prioritized. The role offers full-time employment with a competitive hourly rate of £13.10, and you will be required to work a rotation of day and night shifts, including alternate weekends.
