Job summary

Care Santé Limited is seeking two local Community Care Workers to support vulnerable adults in their own homes in Long Eaton. Roles are part time or full time with shifts mornings or evenings, providing personal care and practical assistance to promote independence and quality of life.

You will work with a friendly team, receive full training, and have opportunities for promotion as part of a supportive care network in the community.

Qualifications

• Have a right to work within the UK
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role
• No previous experience is required but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care

Responsibilities

• Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Help service users overcome mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including use and care of aids and equipment.
• Domestic tasks such as making beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes.
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
• Support with administering medication.
• Contribute to a person’s end-of-life care as needed.

• Long Eaton

You’ll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Our usual working shifts are:

• Mornings 7am - 3pm
• Evenings 3pm -10pm
