Valley Care by Care Sante is hiring two Health Care Assistants to join our local team in Hucknall. You will provide life-changing in-home care to adults, with both part-time and full-time options available. You’ll work to support clients in living independently and with dignity in their own homes.

We offer full training, induction, and ongoing support, plus a clear progression path. Shifts include mornings 7am-3pm and evenings 4pm-10pm, with competitive pay and benefits for dedicated carers.

Qualifications

• Have a right to work within the UK.
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred for this role.
• No previous experience is necessary but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Help with mobility and use of aids and equipment.
• Carry out domestic tasks: beds, cleaning, laundry, and tidying.
• Assist with meals, snacks and drinks.

We are looking for two Health Care Assistants to join our family like team. We have a mixture of both part time and full time roles. You’ll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Our usual working shifts are:

• Mornings 7am - 3pm
• Evenings 4pm-10pm

Job Description:

• Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
• Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks
• Support with administrating medication.
• Contribute as needed to a person’s end-of-life care
