Care Santé Limited is seeking two local Community Care Workers to join our Nottingham team, delivering compassionate home care to adults in their own homes. You’ll assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily tasks, guided by a structured training program.

• Assist with personal care (washing, bathing and toilet arrangements)

• Support with administering medication
• Contribute to a person’s end-of-life care as needed

Job Description

• Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
• Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks
• Support with administrating medication.
• Contribute as needed to a person's end-of-life care

Requirements

• Have a right to work within the UK
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role
• No previous experience is necessary but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care
