Job summary

Care Santé Limited in Chesterfield is seeking 3 local Community Care Workers to join our team. You will provide life-changing care in clients' homes, supporting independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility aid assistance, light domestic tasks, meal preparation, medication support, and contributing to end-of-life care as needed. No experience required—full training and induction are provided.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
• No previous experience required; you must show compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Help with mobility and use of aids and equipment; support daily living tasks.
• Domestic tasks: beds, tidying, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes.
• Prepare meals, snacks and drinks for residents.
• Support with administering medications as needed.
• Contribute to end-of-life care when required.

You'll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Our usual working shifts are:

• Mornings 7am-3pm
• Evenings 4pm-10pm
• Part time and full time available

Job Description:

• Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
• Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks
• Support with administrating medication.
• Contribute as needed to a person's end-of-life care

Requirements:
