A health service provider in the UK is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Rehabilitation Service. The role involves assessing and treating patients post-cardiac events, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and operating within Trust policies. The Cardiac Rehabilitation Service provides care, support, education and exercise options following a cardiac event such as MI, PCI and cardiac surgery. You will work alongside the multi disciplinary team to help provide this. You will ideally have some cardiac nursing experience, however, full training and support will be provided.

The service operates Monday to Friday, we do not work weekends or Bank Holidays.
This is a Trust-wide role, with bases at Normanton HealthCentre and Dewsbury District Hospital. You will be expected to work across hospital and community sites as per service need.
