Jago Consultants is recruiting on behalf of a leading car dealership to appoint an experienced Service Advisor who will uphold high standards of customer care and professionalism.

You will guide customers through service requirements, explain estimated repair costs, and keep accurate vehicle records and invoices. The role requires a minimum of two years as a Service Advisor, and offers a stable, customer-focused environment with opportunities to grow within the workshop team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner.
• Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
• Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs.
• Advise on timescales and collection arrangements.
• Produce job cards on in-house computer system.
• Update customer and vehicle records.
• Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
• Preparation and completion of invoices.
