Jago Consultants client, a franchised car dealership, is seeking a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor to join their team. You will be focused on delivering a high level of brand experience to customers and supporting long-term career progression.

Responsibilities include handling service telephone and walk-in enquiries, greeting customers on drop-off, briefing updates throughout the day, up-selling additional work, and ensuring smooth handover of vehicles.

Competenze

• Must have current experience as a car dealership Service Advisor or higher.
• Prestige brand experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer handling skills and a positive attitude are essential.

Mansioni

• Manage all service telephone and walk-in enquiries.
• Meet and greet customers and identify needs for vehicle drop-off.
• Progress and update the customer throughout the day.
• Discuss and up-sell additional work and forward unsold work.
• Carry out inspections prior to handover to customer.
