Job summary

Arnold Clark in Glasgow is seeking a Service Advisor at our Springburn Kia/OMODA/JAECOO branch. You will deliver a fantastic experience to service and repair customers, acting as the first point of contact with warmth and clarity.

The role involves handling customer requirements, liaising with the workshop, managing invoicing and purchasing, updating customer records, and upselling where appropriate. A full UK driving licence and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• A passion for great customer service and the confidence to resolve issues efficiently.
• Demonstrable computer literacy and ability to use IT systems.
• Ability to multi-task and stay adaptable in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in a professional manner.
• Liaise with workshop and bodyshop to progress work through the system.
• Manage invoicing, purchasing and financial aspects while protecting customer and company interests.
• Explain faults and provide clear and accurate solutions to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and vehicle service histories.
• Upsell where appropriate and maintain knowledge of aftersales products.
