Responsibilities

• Deliver and sustain a fantastic experience for service and vehicle repair customers.
• Liaise with workshop and bodyshop to progress work.
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoicing processes.
• Inform customers of faults or repairs and provide clear solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service histories.
