Job summary

Arnold Clark Group is recruiting a Service Advisor for our Aberdeen branch. You will deliver a fantastic experience for service and vehicle repair customers, liaising with the workshop and keeping records up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely to customers.
• Willingness to follow defined processes and guidelines and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs efficiently and professionally.
• Liaise with workshop and bodyshop to progress work and update customers.
• Manage computer-based jobs, invoicing, and purchasing to protect customer and company interests.
• Notify customers of faults or repairs with clear, accurate solutions.
• Empathise with dissatisfied customers and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate vehicle details and service histories in the system.
• Upsell aftersales products and services where appropriate.
• Keep the customer database updated and accurate at all times.
