Arnold Clark Group is recruiting a Service Advisor for our Vauxhall branch in East Kilbride. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service to customers, liaising with workshop teams and managing bookings and records at our East Kilbride location.

We value articulate communicators who can provide star treatment to customers, handle diverse service requests, and contribute to a positive, efficient service experience with upselling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience and ability to handle enquiries efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for a positive customer experience.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with dealership IT systems.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy service environment.
• Good organizational skills to schedule work and manage workloads.

Responsibilities

• Handle service and vehicle repair inquiries and bookings.
• Coordinate with workshop and bodyshop to progress work.
• Process invoices and purchases while protecting customer and company interests.
• Inform customers of faults and provide clear repair options.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service histories.
• Upsell where appropriate and maintain knowledge of aftersales products.
