Sales Executive – Dealership

Location: Crawley

Salary: £25,500 base + uncapped bonus, company car & benefits

Full Time, Permanent – Monday to Saturday 9am‑6pm, Sunday 10:30am‑4:30pm (rotating Saturdays & Sundays)

Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest levels of customer service, projecting the brand and company image
• Ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience
• Achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels as required

Ideal Candidate

• Maximise sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Minimum 12 months successful track record in a customer‑facing target‑driven sales environment
• Valid UK driving licence

Qualifications

• Experience in used car sales – 1 year (required)
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
• Competency in numeracy, literacy, IT and basic vehicle design knowledge
• Strong presentation, communication and organisational skills
• Experience with SAAS, Google Docs, and enterprise sales is a plus
