• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

Service Advisor - Car Dealership, Maidstone. Up to £32,000 basic + bonus. Full-time | Permanent | Mon-Fri (7am-5pm) + 1 in 3 Saturdays.

The Role

We're looking for a Service Advisor to join a busy car dealership in Maidstone. You'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, delivering excellent service and ensuring a smooth customer journey from booking to handover.

• Meet and greet service customers in the dealership
• Manage bookings, job cards, and workshop scheduling
• Upsell service plans, products, and accessories
• Keep customers updated on progress, costs, and approvals

Requirements
