Part-Time Receptionist required in Kidlington.

Starting salary up to £12.21 per hour. 3-day/2-day weekly rota between Monday to Friday (discussed further upon application).

Our client, a franchise-approved car dealership based in Kidlington, is currently looking to recruit a Receptionist on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers & making them feel comfortable and at ease whilst at the dealership.
• Establishing customer needs and, if required, obtaining details to pass over to the sales team.
• Replenishing stocks of brochures/tea and coffee facilities, etc.
• Answering and covering the reception phones as well as transferring calls to the relevant person.
• Capturing and recording customer details on appropriate systems
• Becoming aware of our client's product range and explaining any key benefits of particular models.
• Understanding and learning the vehicle sales process and ensuring compliance with respective legislation and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a customer-facing role is essential.
• You will be an enthusiastic and flexible individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptionally organised and with excellent communication skills.
• Any prior experience in the automotive industry or a general interest/passion for cars would be highly beneficial, as well as any experience working with premium products.
