The Role
As Candidate Manager, you\'ll sit at the centre of our recruitment operation, responsible for finding, engaging, and supporting high-quality construction professionals across the UK.
You'll build and manage talent pools for live and future roles, write compelling job adverts that actually get responses, and proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting techniques.

From initial screening calls and registrations through to onboarding, references, and interview coordination, you'll play a vital role in matching the right people to the right opportunities. You'll also support client presentations, keep our CRM data accurate, and provide essential operational support that keeps the team firing on all cylinders.
About You
You're confident, organised, and naturally good with people. You enjoy conversations, follow-ups, and keeping things running like clockwork.
You have experience in recruitment, resourcing, coordination, or a fast-paced administrative role, and be comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM systems. An interest in construction or professional services recruitment will help you hit the ground running, but attitude and attention to detail matter more than industry knowledge.
Most importantly, you're a team player who thrives in a busy environment, takes pride in doing things properly, and wants to build something longer term, not just chase targets.
