Job summary

A leading construction firm in Birmingham is seeking a passionate Campus Recruiter to connect with emerging talent on college campuses. In this role, you will plan recruiting events, build partnerships, and enhance internship programs. The ideal candidate will enjoy student engagement, be organized, and be willing to travel. This position offers a hybrid work model after training and a competitive salary between $65K and $85K depending on experience.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems like iCIMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and attend campus recruiting events, career fairs, and presentations.
• Build long-term partnerships with faculty, students, and university organizations.
• Coordinate interviews, selections, and offers for interns and new graduates.
• Manage and enhance internship and co-op programs.
• Represent our client as a brand ambassador at multiple universities.
• Utilize iCIMS and other systems for recruiting coordination.
• Travel approximately 25% during the Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters.

Compensation
