A leading retail organization in Wakefield is seeking a part-time Junior Management team member to help manage customer service and staff supervision. This role involves achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards on the shop floor, along with training and developing new staff. Trading from 100 stores Blacks supply a more casual outdoor customer who seeks value for money, providing for a wide range of recreational activities with an emphasis on exclusive brands, such as Peter Storm and Eurohike.
Being part of the store’s Junior Management team you will provide managerial support and help maintain and improve the levels of customer service throughout your section. You will provide assistance in the supervision of all staff while maintaining the standards of the shop floor. Furthermore, you will deal with certain managerial processes on a daily basis as instructed by Store Management.
This is a part time role.
