• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment.

• Producing weekly rotas following guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain correct levels.
• Delegating and ensuring proactive team engagement.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
