Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising teams in a similar environment.
• Strong communication skills focused on customer service.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and correct checking and storage of deliveries.
• Supervise and create a positive environment for the team.
• Be a responsible key holder for the site.
• Assist with weekly bookwork and produce weekly rotas.
• Maintain stock levels through proper ordering and delegation.
• Comply with Food Handling and Hygiene standards.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations.

Job description

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities may include:

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
• Being a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
