Job summary

Blank Street is seeking a Shift Leader to join our London cafe team. You’ll lead with energy and empathy, craft high-quality coffee, and guide new staff to uphold recipes and standards.

As a key holder, you’ll open/close shifts and ensure clean, safe operations while delivering outstanding service to our local community. You’ll work closely with the GM and Training Team, train new teammates, and drive initiatives to boost foot traffic, sales, and store profitability in a fast-paced cafe

Qualifications

• Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry.
• Availability that meets the needs of our cafes.
• You must be authorised to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Craft beautiful coffee products and serve all Blank Street customers with energy, warmth, and empathy.
• Support your GM and Training Team to help train new employees to succeed, ensuring recipes and training are followed.
• Open and close the location safely and responsibly (Key holder) and ensure cleaning duties are followed.
• Provide positive and solution-focused handling of any minor customer issue.
• Lead initiatives with operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic and daily sales.
