Job summary

Blank Street in London is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a team, deliver exceptional service, and set the tone in a new location. You will elevate coffee standards and coach staff to uphold brand quality.

You will train new hires, open/close the store, and collaborate with leadership to boost foot traffic, sales, and customer connections while maintaining our service culture. Applicants must be available 35 hours/week and be authorized to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry.
• Availability that meets cafe needs.
• Full Time: 35 hours per week, 5 days of availability required and must be available to work 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Availability to work between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm.
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
• You must be authorised to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Craft beautiful coffee products and serve customers with energy, warmth, and empathy.
• Support GM and Training Team to train new employees and ensure recipes are followed.
• Open and close the location safely and responsibly (Key holder) and ensure store cleanliness.
• Handle customer issues positively and with solutions.
• Lead initiatives with operations and marketing to increase foot traffic, sales, and profitability.
