Job summary

Blank Street in London is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver outstanding coffee, service, and leadership in a fast-paced cafe. You will train new staff, ensure recipes and standards are followed, and help set the tone for the new location with energy and a customer-centric approach.

You will work with the GM and Training Team to drive sales, open and close shifts, and build a loyal neighbourhood following while maintaining high quality and efficiency for every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry.
• Availability that meets the needs of our cafes.
• Authorised to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Craft beautiful coffee products and serve Blank Street customers with energy and warmth.
• Support GM and Training Team to train new employees and ensure recipes and processes are followed.
• Open and close the location safely (Key holder) and manage cleaning duties.
• Handle customer issues with positive, solution-focused approach.
• Lead store initiatives with operations and marketing to drive foot traffic, daily sales, and profitability.
