Job summary

Blank Street is seeking a Shift Leader in Greater London. You will lead a team, craft coffee, and deliver exceptional service while supporting the GM and Training Team in embedding recipes and brand standards.

You’ll open, close, and maintain store standards, manage customer issues, and collaborate with operations and marketing to grow foot traffic and daily sales. This role starts at a new location with a focus on community connection.

Qualifications

• Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry.
• Full Time: 35 hours per week, 5 days of availability required and must be available to work 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• You must be authorised to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Craft beautiful coffee products and serve customers with energy and warmth.
• Train new employees to follow recipes and training and ensure correct uniform and positive vibes.
• Open and close the location safely (Key holder) and maintain store cleanliness.
• Lead store initiatives with operations and marketing to boost foot traffic, sales, and profitability.
