Tesco Cafés is seeking a Café Manager to lead daily operations, oversee a friendly team and drive service excellence. You will coach and develop staff, ensure safety and legal compliance, and focus on delivering high standards of food, drink and customer care in a welcoming environment.

Qualifikationen

• Background in hospitality, at supervisory level or above.
• Proven people management skills and ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong planning, organisation and communication to motivate colleagues.

• Overseeing the overall running of the café, including routines and standards.
• Holding full profit and loss accountability for the café.
• Maximising sales while ensuring safety and legality for customers and colleagues.

• Acting as a café menu expert and sharing knowledge with the team.
