Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality at supervisory level or above.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall running of the caf, including routines, processes, sales standards and changes.
• Hold full profit and loss accountability for the caf.
• Maximise sales, impact and presentation in the caf, ensuring safety and legality for customers and colleagues.
• Lead your team and inspire them to hit sales targets.
• Understand the key drivers of our service plan and deliver to the standard required.
• Select, train, and develop team members to enable them to take pride in their work.
• Act as a caf menu expert and share knowledge with the team.
• Ensure customers are served quickly with high quality food and drinks in a clean environment.
