Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall running of the caf, including routines, processes, sales standards and changes
• Hold full profit and loss accountability for the caf
• Maximise sales, drive presentation and ensure safety and legal compliance
• Lead, inspire and develop the caf team to hit sales targets
• Understand and deliver the service plan to meet standards
• Act as a caf menu expert and share knowledge with the team
