Qualifications

• Background in hospitality at supervisory level or above.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the café's overall running, including routines, processes, sales standards and changes as needed.
• Hold full profit and loss accountability for the café.
• Maximise sales and presentation while ensuring safety and compliance for customers and colleagues.
• Lead and inspire the team to hit sales targets.
• Understand and deliver to the service plan and standards.
• Train and develop team members to take pride in their work.
• Act as a café menu expert who can share knowledge with the team.
• Ensure customers are served quickly with high quality food and drinks in a clean environment.
