This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CAD Technician looking for an exciting long-term role within an ambitious construction company that specialises in roofing & cladding projects.

Following another significant phase of expansion, they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing a variety of roofing and cladding projects ranging from £500,000 to £5,000,000. You will work closely with other departments to ensure projects are delivered on time in line with the client's specifications. This role will predominantly be office‑based with some requirements to travel to sites occasionally.

The ideal candidate will have good experience producing CAD designs for either roofing, cladding, façades, or glazing projects. You will be comfortable working independently and in a team, and enjoy a fast‑paced working environment.

The Role:

• Produce designs for a variety of projects in line with client specifications
• Work effectively with other departments to ensure projects are delivered successfully
• Schedule materials to an agreed programme for buying
• Attend and contribute to regular design meetings with the wider team
• Office-based near Aylesbury
