A leading engineering company in Wotton-under-Edge is seeking a Buyer to manage supply chains and negotiate prices for high-tech commodities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supply chain management and effective communication skills. As part of the ongoing growth of Renishaw’s Spectroscopy Products Division, we are seeking a Buyer to join our supply management team. We are looking for someone with proven skills in supply chain management.
The successful candidate will collaborate with our current purchasing team members and will be responsible for buying a variety of high-tech production and non-production commodities, negotiating prices with suppliers, managing and controlling stock levels, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on issues related to compliance, sustainability, and quality.
