Role Overview

As our Business Sales Executives Senior, you will lead and develop a high‑performing sales team responsible for driving student enrolment and expanding our market reach. You will be accountable for strategising sales initiatives, optimising sales processes, and collaborating closely with Marketing, Admissions, and Operations teams to ensure target achievement and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
  • Plan, implement, and execute commercial sales strategies to achieve business targets, revenue growth, and market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team, ensuring consistent performance improvement and skill development.
  • Set clear individual and team KPIs and monitor performance against goals.
Business Development & Client Growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and key market segments for strategic expansion.
  • Establish and nurture senior‑level relationships with school partners, universities, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate partnership negotiations and collaboration frameworks.
Sales Operations & Process Optimization
  • Oversee sales pipeline management, forecasting, CRM maintenance, and reporting.
  • Analyse performance data to refine sales processes and enhance conversion rates.
  • Ensure efficient hand‑offs and communication between Sales, Admissions, and Delivery teams.
Coaching & Team Growth
  • Develop comprehensive training plans for onboarding and continuous learning.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
  • Support career progression planning for sales team members.
Brand Representation
  • Represent the company at education fairs, workshops, webinars, and industry events.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor positioning, and market insights.
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience; previous managerial or team‑lead experience preferred.
  • Experience in education consultancy, international student services, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
