Job Description: Business Relations Manager

This strategic role involves supporting the Hospital Director in driving growth and increasing referrals across all payor channels into Springfield hospital and Ramsay Health Care as a whole. The focus is on developing and delivering excellent stakeholder engagement and communications.

The Business Relations Manager role is primarily field-based, with accountability for increasing targeted referrals and revenues by building strong links and effective stakeholder relationships within the healthcare community. You will work within a defined territory to increase Ramsay's market share and brand awareness.

You will organize and facilitate educational events and develop referral opportunities between consultants, GPs, and other external stakeholders through various high-quality communication methods, both virtually and face-to-face. Additionally, you'll be responsible for developing an engagement strategy and delivering promotional activities.

The role includes utilizing analytics and data insights to optimize resource use, develop your portfolio, and identify business development opportunities aligned with the hospital's strategic plan and targets.

What you'll bring:
  • Experience in a similar healthcare role or proven success in sales and account management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a field-based role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Tenacity and resilience, with a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Strong IT literacy.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and some weekends for scheduled events/hospitality.
  • Full UK driving license.
