Job Description: Business Relations Manager

This strategic role involves supporting the Hospital Director by driving growth and increasing referrals across all payor channels into Springfield hospital and Ramsay Health Care overall, through stakeholder engagement and effective communication.

The Business Relations Manager will primarily operate in the field, focusing on increasing targeted referrals and revenues by building strong relationships within the healthcare community. The role covers a defined territory aimed at expanding Ramsay's market share and brand awareness.

The successful candidate will organize educational events and develop referral opportunities with consultants, GPs, and external stakeholders using various communication methods, both virtual and face-to-face. Developing an engagement strategy and executing promotional activities will also be key responsibilities.

Analytics and data insights will support the role, ensuring optimal use of time and resources to develop the portfolio and identify new business opportunities aligned with the hospital's strategic plan and targets.

What you'll bring:
  • Experience in a similar healthcare role or a proven track record in sales and account management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a field-based role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Tenacity and resilience with a strong desire to meet targets.
  • Strong IT literacy.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for scheduled events and hospitality.
  • Full UK driving license.
