This strategic role involves supporting the Hospital Director in driving growth and increasing referrals across all payor channels into Springfield hospital and Ramsay Health Care as a whole. The focus is on stakeholder engagement and effective communication.
The Business Relations Manager will primarily work in the field, responsible for increasing targeted referrals and revenue by building strong relationships within the healthcare community. The role covers a specific territory with goals to expand Ramsay’s market share and brand awareness.
You will organize and facilitate educational events and develop referral opportunities with consultants, GPs, and other stakeholders through various communication methods, both virtual and face-to-face. Developing an engagement strategy and executing promotional activities are key responsibilities.
The role utilizes analytics and data insights to optimize resource use, develop your portfolio, and identify business development opportunities aligned with the hospital's strategic goals and targets.
